1. Returns Eligibility

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• Wrong product delivered

• Damaged product received

• Missing items in the package

The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proper unboxing video proof.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

• Used books

• Digital notes / PDF materials

• Test series access once activated

• Amendment notes once opened

3. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

• Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days

• Refund will be credited to the original payment method

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
